Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that many students of our school are interested in art and culture. You know a literary club can give the students an opportunity to develop and display their latent literary genius. So, we intend to organize a literary club in our school. Under the proposed literary club, we will arrange literary gatherings, debates, recitations and essay competitions on a regular basis.

I, therefore, hope and pray that you would kindly accord us permission to organize a literary club in our school and oblige thereby.
