Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications
- Use ASP.NET Core MVC 8, C#, SQL Server, Oracle
- Design REST APIs (JSON/XML), Microservices architecture
- Front-end development with Angular, React, jQuery, Ajax
- Reporting via RDLC and Crystal Reports
- WPF desktop application development
- DevOps CI/CD pipeline setup
- GitHub version control and code reviews
- Collaborate on microfinance modules (loan, savings, transactions)
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards

Educational, Professional & Technical Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Experience:
- Senior Software Engineer: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in relevant software development roles.
- Software Engineer: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in similar technical domains.
- Technical Expertise: Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Programming Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Framework/Core, Visual Basic, PHP (Laravel), C++
- Desktop & UI Development: WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
- Reporting Tools: RDLC Reporting
- API Development: RESTful APIs
- Database Management: SQL Server, Oracle Database
- Server Administration: Windows Server environments
- Additional Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and discipline
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools


Additional traits: Ability to work under pressure, well-organized, disciplined.
