Educational Requirement: Masters degree or qualified is desirable. But Bachelor degree in Commerce is must.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years working experience in finance department. Need to know use accounting software, Ms Office. It is good if you are work previous an International Development Organization. Good Communication Skills. Able to work in under pressure. Good knowledge in including compliance, Reporting, Budgeting and Project Accounting.

1. Financial Accounting
2. Government Relation and Others
3. Financial Management and Partner Financial Reporting
4. Reporting to Bangladesh Manager of Bangladesh and Government Relation
5. Relation with relevant external and internal stakeholders.
