Honda is a multi-national conglomerate corporation in Japanese. It is known as a manufacturer of aircraft, motorcycles, automobiles, power equipment. Bangladesh Honda Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between Honda Motor Company Limited Bangladesh and Japan Engineering & steel corporation under Ministry of Industry (Bangladesh). They started their commercial production from 01 November 2013. Their principle activities are assembling & manufacturing of scooters, motorcycles and other forms of motor vehicles & related motor accessories sales, marketing and distribution. Position: Executive (Health Safety)
Educational Qualification: MBA Degree in any discipline from any reputed University. Good communication skill in English and Bangla. Good knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Light Engineering and Heavy Industry Manufacturing, Automobile. Also experience in Corporate responsibilities, Safety & Health, Analysis, Risk Assessment, Inspection, Training.
Job Location: Gazaria, Munshiganj
Responsibilities: Keeping on lookout for any breaks/ unsafe behavior in regulations. Possible safety hazards and assessing risk of all aspects of operations. Prepare analytical reports of safety data. Inspection production processes and equipment to make sure. Presenting safety principles in lecture/ meetings training session. Always participating in update safety protocols, knowledge of health & techniques. Improvements to business process & existing infrastructure. Creating safety plan. Sharing suggestions, information & observations with project leadership. Meeting company safety & health goals. Create consistency in safety standards. Investigating causes of unsafe conditions & accidents on job site. Reporting & reviewing on staff compliance. Maintain & compile relevant registers to ensure compliance.
