Position: Head of Loyalty Program
Educational Qualification: BBA Degree/ MBA Degree in Communication/ Marketing from any recognized University.
Experience: At least 10 years working experience in related field. IT enable service company will get prefer.
Job Location: Dhaka, New Eskaton Road
Requirements: Team player & can get along with team. Well groomed, punctual & have good manners. Able to prioritize task to finish. Finish assigned project within given timeline. Easygoing, hardworking, innovative & compliant with business ethics. Sound knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email and Internet. Good interpersonal skills. Work with cross functional teams. Nature customer relationship. Strong passion for understanding & serving customers.
Responsibilities: Analyze, Measure & Optimize programs to business results & drive engagement. Implement & Development targeted customer communication. Strong background in creative, digital execution, messaging. Communications with customer through email, loyalty platform, virtual event, direct mail up to a customer marketing strategy. Lead goal loyalty campaigns to drive references, testimonials, referrals, surveys, product, surveys, feedback & social shares. Leverage knowledge of customer personas, segments, journeys to design relevant challenges. Develop, plan & manage a customer loyalty program.
