 Grameenphone have so far been pricing data in a generic or commodity way with validity and volume as the only two levers. This restricts our opportunity to monetize data at a granular level and at the same time, exposes our pricing competition who also has these two levers only. All service bundle is being heralded across the option of more pricing levers to commercial team. This can lead is to further scale contribution from service bundling initiatives in the years to come to ensure we can deliver sustainable growth taking away focus from traditional core telco products. Following position will be responsible to deliver on the revenue growth ambitions of Grameenphone through a team of product managers who will in turn work towards bundling both own & 3rd party non core services with core data & voice products and thus deliver both top line sustainable and growth ARPU growth.

Position:
Head of Service Bundling and Digital Content, Digital & Strategy

Educational Qualification: Technology/ Business Graduation Degree from any reputed University.

Experience: At least 10 to 12 years of working experience in relevant field or at least 7 to 8 years in driving growth and revenue in relevant industry. Experience from advanced market will get advantage.

Responsibilities: Estimate Demand and market sizing for service bundling initiatives to support growth ambition. Set service and formulate bundling strategy, targets, yearly ambitions, roadmap. Accountable for delivering on service bundling ambition for Grameenphone. Drive internal readiness across all technology and commercial touch-points with regards to the services/ offers/ product launch/ campaign. Monitor all performance formulate and metrics mitigation plans when needed. Provide It to support services bundling ambitions, input to technology and work with other divisions to set shared KPI. Monitor team recommend and performances corrective actions to achieve team goals. Explore new partner or partnership services to boost service bundle portfolios. Design partnership guidelines/ structures for new services to deliver on ambitions. Ensure support in securing approval from budgetary, regulatory, IT, Legal & other required departments. Extend support to other relevant functions such as circle/ crm/ pricing/ product/ finance/ cex/ teach in the company to align with business goals and strategy for a cohesive & smoother delivery. Coach and Lead, Individual employees to deliver excellent performance using Grameenphone value leadership and pillars expectations.

Skills: Able to take discussions with technology and IT of both partners and internal and investment for scaling service bundling and drive the required technology readiness. Analyze customer usage trends and bachelor to identify opportunities to offers service bundling. Deciding campaign duration, frequency, launching date & media to use. Decide on channel and product mix to deliver on business goals. Measure financial effectiveness of offers or products to be campaigns & launched to be run. Excellent strategic orientation. Evaluation team performance to ensure team delivery. Ability to work with senior and CXOs leadership team to fable proposals and get them on board. Excellent understanding of general business ability and rules to spot evolving trends. Excellent negotiation and communication skills and great collaboration skills along with strong quantitative analysis skills.
