Education: Masters/ MBA/ MBS in Human Resources Management/ Masters with PGDHRM from any reputed University.
Experience: At least 15 years old working experience in related field. Experience in Senior Executive Vice President commensurate.
Requirements: Sound knowledge of HR functions & experience in HRM systems. Understanding of labor legislation. Problem solving skills. Skills in strategic planning. Age limit 45 to 50 years.
Responsibilities: Supervise HR administration. Evaluate development programs. Analyze effectiveness of HR procedures & tools. Ensure HR plans align & business objectives. Ensure company and labor laws. Concerned committee from time to time to assigned.
Salary: Negotiable.
Job Location: Dhaka, Head Office.
