Position: Reservation Manager
Education: Masters from any discipline any recognized University.
Experience: At least 6 to 7 years advanced experience in 3 or 5 Star Star Hotel Front Office. At least 5 years experience in working closely with 3 or 5 Star Hotel forecasting, process, able to formulate & operate with advanced management. At least 5 years experience in OPERA PMS and 3 or 5 Hotel Catering and Sales module. Yield Management, Rate Control, Trend Analysis, Inventory Management, Yield Management & Data Construction knowledge. Excellent specking skill in English.
Requirements: Age not over 40 years. Well groomed, Courteous, Presentable & excellent inter personal skills. Sound knowledge in Internet Browsing & MS Office Package. Can Do Attitude. Ready to work extra hours. Good skill in written Bangla & English.
Responsibilities: To organize, Control, Cordinate and plan all room reservations operations. To produce statistics, forecasts & other relevant reports. Monitor & Maintain room availability throughout 365 days. Optimize hotel average rate and occupancy rate with implementation. Any other assignment given by competent authority.
