 Position: Officer-Finance & Administration

Educational Qualification: M.com/MBA in Accounting or MBA in Finance from any University.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years working experience. Strong Knowledge in Bookkeeping, Financial Systems, Accounting & Financial Management, ERP/ Sun Software system will get prefer. Strong Bank Management, Proper arrangement, prioritization. Managerial skills, Administrative capabilities. Creating strategic marketing, conceptualizing, communication solutions.

Job Location: Any district of Sylhet Division

Contract Duration: July 2021 to November 2022

Responsibilities: Hub wise budget monitoring, cost assessment, record keeping, bank and cash payment, financial document preservation SUN posting, ensuring government compliance and administrative task, coordination with stakeholders etc. Coordinate supervisor, office support staff, other administrative & logistics activities.

Salary: BDT 43,460 to 46,107 taka

Requirements: Decision making process is to be consistent, transparent & clear. Supervise a limited staff. Undertake & travel fieldwork in rural context. Regular update supervisors. Managing conflict very well. Verbal & written communication skills in English and Bangla. Good presentation skills. Sound knowledge in Email, Internet, Microsoft Office Suite. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work with various international & national team members.
