Position: Sr. Executive / Executive, Outlet

Education: Bachelor Degree/ Masters Degree in any discipline from any private and public University.

Experience: At least 2 to 5 years working experience in related field.

Requirements: Age limit 22 to 35 years. Strong communication skills in both English & Bangla. Sound knowledge in MS Office and Outlook. Innovative attitude & self driven. Decision making, planning, Excellent analytical & presentation skills. Experience in retail industry.

Job Nature: Full Time

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary and Other Benefits: Salary negotiable. Gratuity, Provident fund, Yearly 2 festival bonus, Leave Encashment, Yearly salary review.

Responsibilities: Motivating and Managing team member to ensure and increase sales. Making key decisions & stock protecting wastage and loss, overall stock control & management. Forecasting future sales & analyzing sales of outlet. High personal standard on Hygiene & cleanliness. Dealing about staffing issues as like grooming, GST standard, conducting appraisals, interviewing potential employee, & performance reviews. Promote safe, customer service & healthy food handling. High personal standard on Hygiene & Cleanliness. Customer comments & complaints responding. Special displays & corners. Conducting meeting with outlet management team. Studying market & survey. Handle outlet stock outgoing & incoming cash.
