Responsibilities: Ensuring cold stock availability & visi purity. Drive visi cooler execution. KPIs of assigned territory. Drive secondary sales target. Ensure proper trade schemes execution. Ensure store growth and increasing SKU count. Increase buyers & add outlets to increase distribution. Maintain product stock & warehouse as per norms. Conduct regular work with one to one training, PSR. Coach PSR and Monitor PSR performance using data from Dasdboard/ TSB & Durbin. Collect market information to strengthen market.
