Education Qualification: Masters/ Post Graduation Degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience: At least 3 years working experience in relevant field.
Job Location: Tangail, Pabna, Sirajganj
Requirements: Maximum age is 35 years. Must have at least 3 years of practical experience in the relevant position. Must be proficient in computer and automation management. Must have a valid driving license. Both females and males can apply for the position.
Responsibilities: To take all the responsibilities of a branch and to manage the branch. To properly manage, direct and direct all the staff of the branch to acquire and manage the staff members, debtors, savings and credit status as per the norms of the organization. Collaborate on staff work as well as teamwork. Checking the work of the staff on a daily basis. Verify 100% PP of loan, follow up of employees, control current and expired arrears and make arrangements for recovery. Follow up daily automation work. To play a special role in the overall progress of the branch.
Salary: Salary during the training period will be increased to BDT 24,200 taka and at the end of the training period the salary will be increased to 26,400 taka.
