 Position: Head of Customer Experience

Educational Requirements: BBA/ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed any public or private University.

Experience Requirements: At least 10 years working experience in Customer services/ sales/ customer relationship management/ service delivery/ relationship management. At least 5 years working experience in managerial role.

Job Location: Dhaka

Requirements: Ability to rollout service channel and plan. Experience in cross functional collaboration to smooth customer journey mapping develop. Ability to capture voice of insights, customers & analysis to define optimal experience and processes. Experience in financial institutions/ telecom/ service industry. Strong teamwork & communication skills, collaboration, leadership and change management.

Job Nature: Full Time

Responsibilities: Supervise & develop proper service delivery all customer service touch-point such as walk-in-center, call center, delegated touch-points. Analysis customer advice & feedback cross functional teams for improvement in terms. Refinement & development of end to end customer journeys to further improve customer ensure and engagement highest level of user experience. Execute and develop plan to ensure customer sanctification. Ensure customer positive experience. Develop customer service strategy.

Position: Officer/ Sr. Officer, Finance (Revenue Operation)

Educational Requirements:
BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in Finance/ BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in Accounting from any reputed University.

Experience: At least 1 year experience relevant field of finance and accounting.

Job Location: Dhaka

Requirement: Understanding of information management (IM) principles system & tools. Previous experience in this field would be advantage. Sound skill in computer MS application such as MS word, MS excel.

Job Nature: Full Time

Responsibilities: Responsible for Bank Reconciliation, Bank Agreements with banks for distribution collection, Physical and Digital money reconciliation.Revenue and cost recognition at time of utility bill payments, merchant payment, settlement and cash out. Participate in e-money lifting process. Responsible for distributor refund. Ensure correct VAT and AIT calculation. Responsible for Distributor, Utility company, Agent and Government payment.
