Position: ETP operator
Department: Sena Edible Oil Industries
Educational Qualification: SSC / HSC (Educational Qualification Relatable Based on Experience). Age within 25 to 40 years old.
Experience: At least 3 to 8 years working experience in relevant field. Experience candidate in ETP, Edible Oil Factory will get preference.
Job Location: Dhaka
Responsibilities: ETP operation and maintenance efficient. The rules and regulations of ETP chemical dosing should be well known. Shifting duty must be observed. Must have knowledge of various parameters of ETP plant such as ph, DO, COD, BOD, TDS etc. Must be proficient in ETP management. Ensure proper management and preservation of sludge produced from ETP. Junior operators and helpers need to conduct training for skills and development. Assist the visitor from the Department of Environment to make the inspection a success and ensure the supply of accurate samples of liquid waste. Must be proficient in handling pumps, motors, blowers and other mechanical and electrical components located at ETP plant. Must have the ability to quickly fix and troubleshoot ETP processes and components. Must have relevant knowledge of ETP policies from the Department of Environment. Must be proficient in daily waste treatment process and data storage. According to the lab report of the factory, necessary steps have to be taken to manage the ETP.
