Diploma in Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Power/ Computer/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science & Technology/ Data Communication & Networking from any reputed poly-technical institute authorized by Technical Education Board. Which candidate complete their education in grading system, they need GPA/ CGPA 3.5 out of 5.0 or GPA/ CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0, No third class in education life is allowed.

In 25 March 2020 candidate maximum age 30 years old. Freedom fighter/ Martyrs son and daughter age in 25 March 2020 maximum 32 years old. If candidate work experience in BTCL their age maximum 50 years old in the time of last application date.
