| 2. Position: Company Secretary | Education: Master's degree in any discipline with FCA/FCS. Requirement: Working experience in relevant field, preferably in non life insurance company. Must have sound knowledge on listing rules, BSEC rules, companies act, insurance act and capable to act as a point of communication between the management, board of directors, regulatory authorities & other stakeholders of company.
