Step# 3	Fill Up the application with properly & submit
Step# 4	Applicants will get their User ID as soon as they fill the application.
Step# 5	Applicants will have to pay a service charge of BDT 30 from a prepaid Teletalk mobile number within 72 hours on the provided user ID.
Step# 6	Applicants have to attach their signature (height- 300 pixels and width- 80 pixels) and color photograph (height- 300 pixels and width- 80 pixels) in the online application form.
