 Anik Development Foundation is a non-political voluntary non-governmental organization. The organization has been working on various programs/projects (microfinance, entrepreneurship development, training, health and nutrition, education and child development, agriculture, development) with the aim of socio-economic development in Dhaka, Munshiganj, Shariatpur, districts. Applications are invited from Bangladeshi citizens for the following posts.

Position: Branch Manager
Vacancy: 50
Salary: Apprentice period 6 months Salary Allowance Rs.25200/- inclusively, after regularization BDT.27500/- inclusively will be paid.
Qualification: 

• 1. Post Graduation in any subject.
• 2. Maximum age is 35 years on 31/04/2023.
• 3. Must have own motorcycle.
• 4. Must have at least 2 years of practical experience as branch manager in NGO organization. And should be computer literate.
• 5. Recruits will have to provide a refundable security equal to 1 month salary.

Position: Accountant
Vacancy: 30
Salary: BDT 16000/- in total salary allowance for 6 months of apprenticeship, after regularization 17500/- in total will be paid.
Qualification: 

• 1. Graduation pass in any subject.
• 2. Age maximum 30 years on 31/04/2023
• 3. Must have at least 2 years of practical experience as accountant in NGO organization. And should be computer literate.
• 4. Recruits will have to provide a refundable security equal to 1 month salary.

Position: Credit Officer
Vacancy: 70
Salary: Apprenticeship period 6 months Salary Allowance Rs.17200/- inclusively, after regularization BDT 19500/- inclusively will be paid.
Qualification: 

• 1. Any Subject H.Sc/Graduate Pass.
• 2. Age maximum 30 years on 31/04/2023.
• 3. Work by bicycle/foot.
• 4. Recruits will have to provide a refundable security equal to 1 month salary.

Position: Administrative Officer (Female)
Vacancy: 5
Salary: 16000/- in total salary allowance for 6 months of apprenticeship, after regularization BDT 17500/- in total will be paid.
Qualification: 

• 1. Any Subject H.Sc/Graduate Pass.
• 2. Age maximum 25-30 years on 31/04/2023.
• 3. Must have computer experience.
• 4. Recruits will have to provide a refundable security equal to 1 month salary.

Other facilities and conditions:

• 1. Employed candidates will be paid provident fund, gratuity and 2 festival bonuses of 70% of basic salary as per the employment rules of the organization. Female candidates will get Rs 1000 house rent outside of salary for staying outside the public
• 2. People of all districts can apply for both posts.
• 3. The original certificate should be shown at the time of participation in the examination.
• 4. Both posts should be fit, well-mannered, hard-working, courageous, willing to take on challenges and have the mentality to work in any working area of ​​ADF, including cities, sub-cities, remote areas.
• 5. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination.
