Coast Foundation is a human-based independent, non-political, non-profit and non-governmental organization (NGO), with Special Consultative Status from the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Coast has been working since 1996 to implement survival strategies for the coastal poor. They are wanted to recruit some people for following positions.
1. Position: District Project Officer
Vacancy: 2 posts
Qualification: Minimum undergraduate pass in any subject to be any recognized university. Age: Maximum 40 years.
Salary Allowance: BDT 35,000 in total, Festival Allowance: 50% of the total salary will be paid in 2 parts or one time at the end of 1 year of service.
Job place: Barisal district / Chittagong district.
Experience: Candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience. Must be proficient in project management, ideas about human rights, ideas about legal services, communication skills, training assistance and management skills, data analysis ability, computer operation such as writing in Bengali and English.
2. Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Vacancy: 2 posts
Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree in any subject from any recognized university. Age: Maximum 35 years.
Salary Allowance: BDT 25,000 in total, Festival Allowance 50% of the total salary will be paid in 2 parts or lump sum on completion of 1 year of service.
Job place: Barisal district / Chittagong district.
Experience: Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience. Must be proficient in communication skills, data analysis ability, ideas on participatory tools, computer operation such as writing in Bengali and English.
3. Position: Community Paralegal
Vacancy: 22 posts (10 posts in Barisal district and 12 posts in Chittagong district)
Qualification: Must pass at least HSC. Age: 28-35 years.
Salary Allowance: BDT 20,000 in total (including travel expenses for office work), Festival Allowance 50% of the salary will be paid in 2 parts or one time if the total service period is 1 year.
Job place: Bakerganj Sadar, Cheradi, Charamddi and Garuria Unions of Bakerganj Upazila of Barisal District and Madhabpasha, Dehergati and Chanpasha Unions of Babuganj Upazila / Anwara Sadar, Chatri, Parikora and Haildhar Unions of Anwara Upazila of Chittagong District Must be.
Experience: Candidate should have good communication skills.

Document of Interview Time: During
the interview, 3 copies of newly taken passport size color photograph,
original copy of all examination pass certificates, original citizenship
certificate, color copy and original copy of national identity card,
character certificate issued by 1st class government official of own
Upazila Parishad, copy of latest examination admission or registration. 1
copy of all certificates should be brought along. Students, smokers,
child marriages and abuse of women and children are not required to
submit a resume for the examination if the candidate or any of the
candidate's family is involved. Any lobbying will be considered as
disqualification of the candidate, even the candidature may be rejected.
In the interest of disciplinary action, the Coast Foundation will
accept pledges in a specific form from the legal guardians of the
recruits. Preference will be given to women candidates for all the
posts.
Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in English/ Development Studies/ Social Sciences from any reputed University.
Experience: At least 5 years working experience of project management from any leading adolescent empowerment, child protection, emergency, capacity building project. Must be experience of Project management, developing plan, implementation of Rohingya response.
Working Place: Cox's Bazar, Ukhiya.
Age Limit: 30 to 40 years old.
Skills: Vocational & technical education program knowledge. Knowledge implementing donor funded project. Communication and report writing skills in Bangla and English. Sound knowledge in MS Office Application.
