Position: Management Trainee

Qualification: Masters Degree with Honours in any discipline with minimum three 1st Class/ Division/ Equivalent CGPA having no 3rd class/ Division/ Equivalent/ CGPA in entire academic career. B.Sc in Engineering (EEE/ Civil/ Computer Science/ Tele Communication) with three 1st Class/ Divisions/ Equivalent CGPA. Not over 30 years of age as on 31 October 2021. All candidates will go through an extensive selection & recruitment process.

Salary: Management Trainee position offers monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 53,6000 during probation period. After successful completion of 1 year probation, candidate will be confirmed in regular services of IFIC Bank as Senior Officer & will be eligible for monthly gross salary of Tk. 66,450 as per policy.

Qualification: At least Graduation with no 3rd division/ class/ equivalent CGPA with computer proficiency. Age within 30 years old of age as on 14 October 2021.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh. Who are not ready to work job outside their comfort zone, they don't need to apply.

Responsibilities: In beginning of career, provide one stop banking service as face of bank and sell banking products.
