Position: Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)
Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in any discipline from any reputed University. Also skills in Micro Finance, Microsoft Office, Office Management, Computer Skills.
Experience: At least 2 years working experience in micro finance.

Requirements: Only males can allowed for apply. Age 30 to 40 years old. Preference will be given to those who have at least one year of experience as a branch manager in a PKSF affiliate.
Responsibilities: Daily inspection of the association, verification and distribution of loans, co-operation of subordinate officers in debt collection, balancing of loans and savings of the association etc. Overall management of a microcredit branch. Candidate should have his own motor-bike and ride the bike to supervise the field.
Salary: BDT 18,000 to 23,400 taka. After the completion of the six-month apprenticeship period, the total salary will be BDT 23,400 as per the salary structure of the company.
