1. Position: CEO
Qualification: Masters in Business Administration/ relevant field (ABIA/ACII). Age should not over 55 years. Able to analytical and problem solving skills. Sound public speaking skills and communication.
Requirements: Strong understanding of corporate finance & performance management. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as finance, marketing, IT etc. In depth knowledge of general management and corporate governance best practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Experience as CEO/ DMD/ AMD at least 10 years in insurance company. Also experience in developing profitable implementing and strategies vision.
2. Position: Head of Finance
Qualification: MBA/ M. Com in Finance/ Accounting, FCA highly desirable. At least 10 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferable in life insurance business.
Requirements: High level of dependability & integrity with a strong sense of results-orientation and urgency. Sound interpersonal skills, able to manage & communicate well at all levels of organization. Experience and sound knowledge on IFRS, IAS, Accounting Software, Preparation of Financial Statements and Corporate financial reporting. Age not over 50 years old.
Salary: Negotiable.
