Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share for Abdul Khair Steel products.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows to generate leads and drive sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the company's brand identity.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience Requirements:
2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the steel, cement, or a related building materials industry.
Additional Requirements:
Age at most 32 years.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
