Key Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications: You must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized public or private college or university.
2. Age Limit: The maximum age is 40 years.
3. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in both general and corporate sales.
Core Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
1. Strategic Planning: You will need to formulate a comprehensive sales plan for your assigned zone and lead your team to achieve the sales targets outlined in the plan.
2. Team Leadership: You'll be responsible for motivating the sales force, setting individual and team targets, and leading the corporate sales team.
3. Coordination: You'll work closely with the distribution department to ensure efficient delivery services.
4. Network Development: A key part of the role is to develop and expand the distributorship network in your designated area and maintain positive relationships with both existing and potential distributors.
5. Reporting: You must be able to prepare daily and other periodic analytical reports on sales performance within your geographical area.
6. Growth: Your ultimate goal is to lead the team to achieve the sales growth objectives set by management.
