Position: Relationship Officer – Business (Sales & Trading)

Key Responsibilities of Position

·        Execute buy & sell orders for domestic and foreign clients efficiently.

·        Demonstrate sound knowledge of DSE-Flex TP and FileZilla.

·        Set buy and sell limits according to clients’ cash limits.

·        Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

·        Provide market insights, research, and analysis to clients and management.

·        Coordinate trade orders (buy/sell) and advise clients on market and stock trends via phone or in-person meetings.

·        Achieve assigned business and revenue targets through proactive trading and client engagement.

Additional Responsibilities of Position

·        Trade settlement with CDBL, DSE, and CSE.

·        Manage beneficiary accounts on CDBL and back-office systems.

·        Handle payment and receivable settlements efficiently.

·        Maintain compliance and documentation as per regulatory requirements.

·        Possess a basic understanding of the Bangladesh Capital Market and trading operations.

Educational Requirements of Position

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

·        Candidates must have no third class/division or CGPA below 3.00 in any academic stage.

Experience Requirements of Position

·        Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

·        Experience in Investment / Merchant Banking, Share Brokerage / Securities House is mandatory.

Additional Requirements of Position

·        Must possess updated Authorized Representative Certificate.

·        In-depth understanding of Stock Dealer, Stock Broker, and Authorized Representative Regulation 2000.

·        Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to maintain compliance with both external and internal regulations.

·        Candidates with an existing client base and substantial fund volume to enhance company trades will be given preference.
