Management Trainee Position Overview
The Management Trainee is a fast-track development initiative designed to prepare young professionals for leadership roles in the banking sector. Selected trainees will undergo intensive on-the-job and classroom training to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience in core banking operations, relationship management, and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities of Position
- Participate in a structured training program covering all major banking functions.
- Work across various departments such as Retail Banking, SME Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, and Operations.
- Assist in analyzing financial statements, risk management reports, and business performance metrics.
- Support branch and head office operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Demonstrate initiative, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills in project assignments.
- Develop leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Educational Requirements of Position
- Minimum Master’s / 4-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields).
Experience Requirements of Position
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship experience in banks, financial institutions, or corporate organizations will have an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits of Position
- BDT 69,400 monthly salary during the trainee period.
- Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be confirmed as BDT 85200, with performance-based career progression.
- Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Medical Facilities, and other benefits as per the bank’s policy.
