Rural Reconstruction Foundation (RRF) Job Circular


 Rural Reconstruction Foundation (RRF) is a national-level non-governmental organization. It has been conducting various development programs for the welfare of the poor since 1982, with credit activities being one of the main programs. They are seeking to hire new staff for their credit activities in various districts of Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barisal, and Mymensingh divisions. The online application is now open. The organization is registered with the Department of Social Services, licensed by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority, and receives financial assistance from the Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation and commercial banks.

Position: Credit Officer (Microfinance Program)

Number of Vacancies: 400

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise field-level members and assist in achieving targets.
  • Formulate and implement annual goals, budgets, and plans.
  • Play a strategic role in member selection.
  • Be proficient in operating computers.
  • Be skilled in effective communication and management with members.
  • Have skills in conducting meetings and seminars.
  • Follow the instructions of the branch manager and the organization's policies.


Job Type: Full-Time
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any subject.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Workplace: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary and Allowances:

  • Probationary Period Salary: BDT 28,800.
  • Salary after Permanent Appointment: BDT 31,922.
  • In addition to the above salary and allowances, performance allowance, incentive, city allowance, and distance allowance will be provided according to the policies.


Other Benefits:

  • All candidates will receive TA and DA in addition to their monthly salary, as per the organization's policies.
  • Staff Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, annual increment, festival bonus, and a Bengali New Year bonus (30% of the basic salary) will be provided according to the organization's policies.
  • City Allowance will be provided at the following rates based on the basic salary: 40% in Dhaka, Mymensingh, and Gazipur City Corporation areas; 30% for all branches in Noakhali, Comilla, Feni, Lakshmipur, and Chittagong districts; and 20% in Rajshahi and Khulna City Corporation areas.
  • Housing benefits, a medical fund, and a staff welfare fund will provide financial assistance.
  • Housing loans, Provident Fund loans, and loans for motorcycles and computers are available.
  • Meritorious children of the organization's staff have the opportunity to receive educational scholarships.
  • There are opportunities for promotion based on qualifications for all positions, and incentives will be provided in proportion to the quality and quantity of work.
  • An annual motorcycle repair bill will be provided.


Important Job Requirements:

  • Must serve as a probationer for 6 months.
  • A non-refundable registration fee of BDT 250 must be paid in cash to participate in the exam. No TA or DA will be provided in this case.
  • A determined amount of refundable cash deposit and a surety must be provided as per the organization's requirement before joining the job. A parent/responsible person must sign a contract as a guarantor with the organization.
  • Candidates must have their own motorcycle, along with valid documents and a valid driving license.
  • You must bring the original copies of all certificates and the National ID card to the exam.
  • Candidates must be mentally prepared to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Students who are still studying are not required to submit an application.
  • Candidates must have their own tablet and be proficient in operating it.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified via mobile SMS with the list and exam schedule.

Selected candidates from the online applications must bring a handwritten application, resume (with mobile and National ID number), 2 recent passport-size photos, attested copies of all academic certificates, experience certificates, citizenship certificates, a photocopy of the National ID, and references from two non-relatives to the examination center.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Any kind of persuasion will disqualify the candidate, and RRF reserves the right to finalize or cancel the application.
